Kevin is an expert generalist, and professional entrepreneur, with a passion for developing the potential hidden in human beings, and in “blue ocean” markets.

His experience in Silicon Valley led him to create BeachLogic in order to incubate, launch, and scale unique opportunities, in collaboration with inspired entrepreneurs looking to change the world through the power of entrepreneurship.

As an expert generalist, Kevin is proficient in all phases of new venture creation, from ideation and research, to MVP design and refinement, through the launch, rapid growth and harvest of branded ventures that wow customers.

Kevin’s has deep subject matter expertise in asset management, mortgage banking, technology product design, investment banking, direct to consumer retail, insurance services, construction management, real estate development, cross border joint ventures, health and wellness, and employment training.

Thomas David Petite  is an American inventor and is best known for being one of the five early key inventors of Wireless ad hoc network or IoT Wireless Mesh, Technology. He is Native American and a member of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa tribe. He is also a founder of the Native American Intellectual Property Enterprise Council, a non-profit organization helping Native American inventors and communities.

Petite has more than 100 US patents pending, dating back to 1995 on adhoc networks. A listing of some of his inventions can found at Patent Genius or by a search at The US Patent Office. Petite is considered to be a visionary scientist/engineer, with business knowledge skills. His early inventions seem to demonstrate a foresight to see the technology curve with business values.

Petite was a founder of StatSignal Systems, Inc. the first company, in the late 1990s, to successfully patent and introduce wireless mesh technology (SMART CLOUD) to the utility industry and health care industry.

In 2003, Petite, along with partners founded SIPCO, which develops technologies enabling robust self organizing wireless networking and related technologies known as Wireless Mesh in conjunction with IntusIQ, a brand marketing company that licenses Petite’s and other key innovators patents to various indsutries. In 2012, GE and MPEGLA acquired a minority stake in SIPCO.

Arthur D. Bright, jr.

Arthur Douglas Bright, Jr., is an entrepreneur with experience as a developer of single family and multi family affordable housing.

Arthur has also developed bonding programs; and construction employment training porgrams, for State and Local Governments. Arthur designed and managed the successful Atlanta Olympics “Atlanta Neighborhood Job Training Program” which was lauded as a model, by many of the regions leaders, including the employers and the trainees who benefited from the program.

Arthur is focused on BeachLogic Properties and it’s efforts to create access to wealth through affordable housing in multi family and single family residential.
